Mekong Heritage 3-Course Menu:

🥗 First Course Pomelo Shrimp Salad (Gỏi Bưởi Tôm)
Juicy pomelo segments gently tossed with poached shrimp, fresh mint, rau răm, and crisp shallots. Finished with toasted peanuts and a delicate house-made fish sauce dressing.

🍲 Main Course Caramelized Braised Fish (Cá Kho Tộ)
Slow-braised fish simmered in a rich caramel fish sauce with garlic, black pepper, and fresh chili. Served with steamed jasmine rice to soak up the savory, slightly sweet glaze.

🍨 Dessert Young Coconut Dessert (Chè Dừa Dầm Hải Phòng)
Tender young coconut strips layered with pandan jelly, coconut jelly, and silky coconut cream over lightly crushed ice.
