Description

The frozen clerk is responsible for stocking and maintaining frozen products while ensuring a clean, organized, and well-presented department. This role includes receiving shipments, rotating products, and assisting customers while working in a cold environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock, label, and maintain frozen products
  
• Receive, unload, and verify deliveries
  
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper stock levels
  
• Ensure product quality and visually appealing displays
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frozen section
  
• Assist customers with inquiries and product location

Requirements

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
  
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 40 lbs
  
• Able to work in a cold freezer environment for extended periods
  
• Efficient, reliable, and able to work at a steady pace
  
• Flexible availability, including weekends
  
• Second language is an asset
