Job Description:

Preparing, cooking Asian food and selling food from displays. Inspecting cleanliness of kitchens and food service areas. Training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Ordering of ingredients and supplies. Maintenance of inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Working with specialised cooking equipment (deep fryer, grill, steamer, etc). Maintaining cleanliness of department and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

At least one year of cooking or culinary experience is required. Mature individual who can work with little or no supervision. Friendly, customer service oriented and team player. Leadership, good organizational skills and time management is an asset. Fast on hands and feet and able to lift 30 pounds. Flexible working availability. Second language is an asset.

Fastfood Clerk

Job Description:

Setting up and facing of deli items and cooked food in display cases and coolers. Providing advice about merchandise. Suggestive selling. Maintaining cleanliness of department and surrounding areas.  Assisting customers' inquiries and cook.

Requirements:

Customer service oriented and team player. Fast on hands and feet and be able to lift 30 pounds. Flexible working availability. Second language is an asset.

Fastfood Supervisor

Job Description:

Is responsible for overseeing all operations within the fast food area. Manage, supervise and train staff to maintain high-quality standards in customer service. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of fast food department at all times. Create eye-catching displays and promotions to attract customers. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Knowledge of inventory management, product ordering, quality control and merchandising techniques. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and monitoring inventory levels. Problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations or challenges that may arise during daily operations. Time management skills to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks. Second language and prior experience in produce supervisor is an asset.
