Suggested for potlucks: one portion serves approximately 3 people.

Note:

• All of our noodle soup broths are packaged in white pail containers. Broth may be cooled or refrigerated and should be heated to a boiling point before serving. Before transferring, gently mix the broth in the container to evenly distribute any oils or fats, then pour into a pot, bring to a boil, and serve.
• All meats are served in a platter container and will come refrigerated. Vegetables, condiments, and noodles are packed separately on the side. Selected meats require specific preparation, and noodles may need to be reheated in boiling water; detailed preparation instructions will be provided.
• We recommend transferring the vegetables, condiments, and noodles into dishware of choice, while the platter container can be displayed and served as is. This setup makes it perfect for a fun potluck-style gathering or a convenient meal for your family or guests.
