Meat Cutter

Job
Description: Performing all cuts and trims of meats. Controlling
inventory
and quality. Receiving, unloading and verifying of incoming meats.
Packing,
wrapping, labelling and stocking meats to sell. Displaying and selling
meats to
customers
Requirements:
At least one year of meat cutting experience is required. Mature
individual who can work with little or no supervision. Friendly,
customer service oriented and team player. Good leadership,
organizational skills and time management is an asset. Fast on hands
and feet and able to lift 60 pounds. Flexible working availability.
Second
language is an asset
