Description: Preparing,
cooking Asian food and selling food from displays. Inspecting
cleanliness of kitchens and food
service areas. Training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of
food. Ordering of ingredients and supplies. Maintainance of inventory
and records of
food, supplies and equipment. Work ing with specialized cooking
equipment
(deep fryer, grill, etc.). Maintaining cleanliness of department and
surrounding areas.
Requirements:
At least one year of cooking or culinary experience is required. Mature
individual who can work with little or no supervision. Friendly,
customer service oriented and team player. Leadership, good
organizational skills
and time management is an asset. Fast on hands and feet and able to
lift 30 pounds. Flexible working availability. Second
