Description:
Preparing
dough and batters. Baking mixed dough and batters. Preparing special
orders. Frosting and decorating cakes and bake goods. Ensuring that the
quality of products meets established standards. Inspecting cleanliness
of kitchens and food
service areas. Selling bakery products.
Ordering ingredients and supplies. Maintainance of production records
and inventory. Maintaining cleanliness of department and surrounding
areas. Supervision of baking
personnels and kitchen staff. Scheduling staff
Requirements:
Baker trade certification and/ or baking skill is required.
Mature individual who can work with little or no supervision. Friendly,
customer service oriented and team player. Leadership, good
organizational skills
and time management is an asset. Fast on hands and feet and able to
lift 40 pounds. Flexible working availability. Second
language is an asset
